The Penobscot County Democrats and the Bangor City Democrats, along with the Obama campaign, held a Victory Celebration after the polls closed Tuesday to celebrate the end of a long, exhausting campaign, to watch returns come in from across the country, and to honor the campaign workers and volunteers.
